from the vision of Pastor Steven Dilla in  New York City to Pastor Jay Bruner of NRH, Refresh is born out of caring hearts for the city. The first Refresh BISD took place on August 22, 2015 at the Birdville Fine Arts and Athletic Complex.

With food, fun, free backpacks and school supplies, Refresh aims to get students ready for school, families connected with the community, and people transforming the city.
